Confirmation Class

Confirmation is open to all 8th grade students (or older youth) who may wish to join Wesley United Methodist Church. The confirmation year includes classes (held on Sunday mornings), retreats, and grade based small groups (Wednesday evenings).

If you are joining Wesley late in the year, or as an older youth, and would like more information about confirmation and joining Wesley, we would be happy to talk with you about the options available.

An informational mailing will be sent in June to all 8th grade students and their families. If you do not receive the mailing please contact Stacy Ash.

2011-2012 classes begin with an orientation on July 24 during the Sunday school hour (9:00-10:00a). All students considering being part of confirmation and at least one parent should attend the orientation. The first of three mandatory retreats will be scheduled in late August or early September. Wednesday small group requirements begin on September 7, Sunday class requirements begin September 11.
