United Methodist Women (UMW)

We would like to invite you to become a part of WesleyÙs United Methodist Women. We are a group of women interested in fellowship and growing our relationship with God.

We have a General Meeting for all members on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. We do not have a General meeting in June, July and August. Also, we have the following smaller groups to participate in:

• Faith Circle meets the 4th Wednesday of the month at 1pm in the Lounge except June, July, & August.
• Joy Circle meets on the 3rd Wednesday from 9-11am in homes of members except May, June, & July.
• Hope Circle meets on the 2nd Thursday at 6:30pm at the church except June, July and Aug.
• Body N Soul meets every Friday at 10am in the Garden Room.
• Members At Large do not have organized meetings, but contribute to UMW activities.

UMW provides Casserole Meals, Funeral Meals, Baby Blankets and Baby Meals to new parents in the church family, hosts the 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations, as well as helping with other meals and receptions at the Church.

We raise money through pledges, our annual Rummage Sale in partnership with the Youth, a Fall Bazaar, and by helping with meals prepared and served at the Church.

UMW supports over 20 Local Missions and Outreach programs, and our Conference Pledge. Our Conference Pledge then supports Global Missions Worldwide.
